Centurion SG Private Limited · Warehouse & Logistics Software

One stack for the whole goods journey.

Four systems — warehouse, execution, transport and yard — built on a single data model, so a pallet booked at the gate is the same record that leaves on a truck. No middleware between modules. No reconciliation at the end of the month.

The Platform

Four systems, in the order goods actually move.

Most operators run a warehouse system from one vendor, a transport system from another, and manage the yard on a whiteboard. Every seam between them is a place where stock, time and margin go missing. Centurion covers the whole journey on one record.

Inbound → Storage → Outbound
WMS

Warehouse Management System

The system of record for everything inside the four walls. Inventory to the bin, receiving against ASN, directed put-away, wave and batch picking, packing, and cycle counting that does not stop the floor.

  • ASN receiving
  • Directed put-away
  • Wave & batch picking
  • Lot & serial control
  • FEFO / FIFO
  • Cycle counting
  • Cross-docking
  • Multi-client 3PL billing

Storage → Pick / Pack
WES

Warehouse Execution System

The real-time layer between the plan and the machines. WES sequences work across robotics, ASRS, conveyors and people so that the next task released is the one that keeps the floor moving.

  • Task orchestration
  • Robotics & ASRS interface
  • Labour balancing
  • Live floor telemetry
  • Wave optimisation
  • Exception routing

Dispatch → Linehaul → Delivery
TMS

Transportation Management System

Everything after the dock door. Load building, route and fleet planning, carrier tendering, live tracking, proof of delivery and freight settlement against the rate card that was actually agreed.

  • Load building
  • Route optimisation
  • Carrier tendering
  • Live tracking
  • Electronic POD
  • Freight audit & settlement
  • Cross-border documentation

YMS

Yard Management System

The yard is a warehouse that everyone forgets to manage. YMS controls gate, dock and trailer: appointment booking, check-in, door assignment, trailer location, dwell and detention.

  • Appointment booking
  • Gate control
  • Dock door scheduling
  • Trailer visibility
  • Dwell & detention
  • Driver check-in

Why One Platform

The integration tax is the real cost of best-of-breed.

One record

The same pallet, end to end

A trailer booked in YMS becomes a receipt in WMS, work in WES and a load in TMS without an export, a mapping table or a nightly batch. There is one truth about where stock is.

One picture

Operations you can actually see

Yard congestion, floor throughput and delivery status read from the same source, so a delay at the gate is visible to the person planning tonight's dispatch — before it becomes a missed cut-off.

One vendor

Ownership, not licences

We deploy the platform on your infrastructure where you need it, with the data model documented. You are not renting visibility into your own operation.

Coverage & Deployment

Built for how the region actually ships.

The platform is scoped for deployment across eleven markets, with cross-border movement, multi-currency settlement and per-country documentation handled in the transport layer rather than bolted on afterwards.

Integration
REST APIs and event streams across all four modules; ERP, accounting and e-commerce connectors.
Floor hardware
RF and barcode terminals, mobile scanning, print-and-apply, weighing and dimensioning stations.
Automation
ASRS, shuttle and cube storage, AMR and AGV fleets, conveyor and sortation control points.
Languages
Multi-language operator interfaces for regional floor and driver users.
Support
Implementation, configuration, floor training and ongoing technical support.
Centurion Studio

A smaller practice, alongside the platform.

Independent mobile applications we design, build and publish ourselves. Separate from the logistics business — kept because building small things well is how the team stays sharp.

How to Stop Being a Loser

A Stoic productivity companion: sealed focus blocks, a sixty-second nightly review, and a record of practice that lives entirely on the device — no account, no profile.

A Texas Hold'em strategy trainer built as a quiz: hand-by-hand decisions, worked reasoning, and a progression that rewards understanding the spot rather than memorising a chart.

The Company

Centurion SG Private Limited

Centurion SG is a software company working on the operating systems of physical logistics — the software that decides where a pallet goes, who moves it, and which truck it leaves on.

We build the whole stack rather than a point solution. Warehouse, execution, transport and yard were designed together, because the expensive problems in logistics live in the gaps between those four systems, not inside any one of them.

The company also maintains a small mobile studio, publishing independent applications under its own name.

For platform enquiries, implementation discussions or partnership, we are reachable directly.
